Terms and Conditions

Services will be performed on a first come first serve basis. Certain times of the year are more demanding. We will provide extra staff to get services completed on agreed upon timeframe. Within 50 mile round trip will be done within 7 days. All others will be quoted based on location. Our goal is to complete every order within 10 days.
Before and After photos will be sent to customer.
All attempts will be made to correct any errors or mistakes
We work with local florists. If a specific item is not available and a replacement must be made we will contact customer for approval or refund of that item from your order.
We focus on individualizing for our customers. If there is something you are looking for not listed on our page please email and ask! All orders are personalized for your individual needs.
Please be aware that all cemetaries have rules. We must follow rules. If you order something that is not allowed we will contact you to make other arrangements.
Services will be negotiated based on distance to the cemetary site from our home location. No mileage fee within 50 miles round trip. Rate is 50 cents per mile thereafter. We deserve the right to decline services based on location out of our reasonable range.
No services will be completed until payment is received
All clients will receive confidentiality, no photos will be shared unless permission is granted

Return and Refund Policy

Full refund if within 7 days we cannot complete services within agreed upon timeframe
Partial refund if local florist is not able to furnish specific flowers, plants or products. If a replacement is made customer will be contacted to obtain permission to make replacment
For subscription packages, subscriptions can only be canceled by the quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec)

Refunds will be made within 7-10 business days
